article and photograph submissions

Our readers, and fellow adventurers and explorers, are encouraged to submit stories and photographs of their exploits.  The following rules and guidelines apply:

  All articles must be original.

  Materials should be consistent with the magazine's theme of promoting and supporting a lifestyle adventure and exploration.  Possible topics include:  How to's;  strange and interesting places;  personal adventures and explorations, product and book reviews, and other similar subjects.  If you have an idea for a story or interview, please submit them and a writer will follow up on it.

  By submitting articles and photographs, you agree to allow Adventuring and exploration.com, its editors and publishers to publish same in Adventuring and Exploration Magazine at AdventuringandExploration.com without compensation and further warrant that you are the legal owner of all applicable rights thereto.  You further agree to defend and hold Adventuring and Exploration Magazine, AdventuringandExploration.com, its owners, editors, and publisher harmless for any action arising from the content of any story, article and/or photograph that is submitted by you for publication.

   All text should be submitted in Microsoft word.  Text must be fully edited for spelling, grammar and facts before submission.

   To receive credit and attribution, please include your name, email address and any website link to your personal website.

   We reserve the right to determine which material to publish.  If edits are made to your materials, same will not be published without your approval to the changes.
